Orders are usually despatched between 5 to 8 working days in which you would be notified by e-mail as soon as it is on its way to you.
Customers are advised to please check their Debonair account to view the status of your order.
If your order has not been despatched within a reasonable length of time and you have not received an email explaining the delay, please contact our customer care centre and we would gladly be of help to you concerning the situation.
In the event that your order was dispatched and you received an email to that effect, but did not receive the item at the scheduled time, please contact our customer care centre immediately and we would investigate on your behalf. If the item cannot be tracked or found then a replacement will be made or an agreement to a refund.
However if the late delivery is due to unforeseen circumstances we would notify you of the situation and give you a new estimated delivery time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do not give refunds for late deliveries. We would however do our utmost best to see to it that you get your item within the time scheduled.
If the item delivered is the wrong item we take full responsibility and would not hesitate to replace it and send you the correct item free of delivery charge. Please contact us immediately for full details on instructions on how to send the item back to us.
